A small scale renovation of a 1960’s classic beach shack for a young family on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney.

The brief was to provide a functional, family friendly home with a sense of calm.

The original sun-lit two bedroom home was reconfigured to include an additional bedroom and powder room. The existing garage structure to the rear of the property was converted into a garden studio providing additional entertaining for the growing family.

The relaxed, neutral palette throughout, combined with a well considered layout provides a beautifully effortless family home.
